1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The ring light must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories included
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required
Items that do not meet these criteria may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date
- Products that show signs of use, modification, or damage not caused by Ringlight.ng
- Items missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation
- Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as final sale
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- A full or partial refund will be issued to your original method of payment
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider
- If rejected, we will provide a clear explanation via email
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account or payment app again
- Contact your card provider or bank — it may take additional time for refunds to reflect

5. Exchanges
We only replace ring lights if they arrive defective, damaged, or with manufacturer faults.
To request an exchange:
- Email support@ringlight.ng with your order details and issue description
- Ship the item to:

Exchanges will only be made for the same model of ring light originally ordered.
6. Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and delivered directly to you:
- You may receive a store credit or gift certificate equal to the value of the return
- Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift credit will be emailed to you
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was sent to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Shipping and Return Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If a refund is approved, any return shipping charges may be deducted from the final refund amount
- For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable courier or insured shipping
